Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.

  • You may cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email includes links to manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders

  • A pre-order means you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or not yet available.

  • We may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or no payment at checkout, and your payment method may be charged later when the product is ready to ship.

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • Once a pre-order is fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a refund under our Refund & Return Policy.

Try Before You Buy

  • When you select a try-before-you-buy product, we will place an authorization hold on your payment method before shipping.

  • You have a set period (as stated at checkout or in your confirmation email) to decide whether to keep the item.

  • If you return the item within the allowed time, your card will not be charged.

  • If the time period passes without a return, your payment method will be charged the full price.

  • Returns and refunds for subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy items are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
