At FRTIL, our goal is to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with our products. We stand behind their quality. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened product within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Return Instructions

Request an RMA Number

To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

An RMA can be quickly obtained for eligible orders by contacting us through our Contact Form.

Once issued, your RMA number will be valid for 10 days.

Prepare Your Return Package

Include the RMA acknowledgment email inside your package.

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.

Ship your return to the address we provide.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

If your original order included “free shipping,” the cost of that shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you paid for shipping at checkout, shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using UPS or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving your return in acceptable condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We do not provide exchanges. Customers wishing to receive a different product must place a new order.
Agreement to Terms
Placing an order through our store signifies your agreement to this Refund & Return Policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.
International customers also agree to comply with all shipping terms, conditions, and guidelines detailed on our Shipping Policy page.
