We are dedicated to dispatching your order as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, orders containing in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days, and often sooner. While it’s uncommon for our products to be out of stock, in the event of unexpected demand or supply issues, we promptly update our website to reflect an item as “Out of Stock” to help avoid back-orders.

U.S. Orders

  • Orders are shipped using the method you select at checkout.

  • We primarily ship with USPS, though UPS or DHL may be used depending on the package size, weight, or destination.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $85 USD or more qualify for complimentary USPS Ground Advantage shipping within the contiguous United States.

  • UPS Requirements: UPS requires a valid street address and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Orders with a P.O. Box may face delays, incur address correction fees, and will not qualify for UPS’s service guarantee.

Canadian Orders

  • We currently ship to Canada using UPS or DHL.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $250 CAD or more qualify for complimentary ground shipping.

  • All other Canadian orders will be charged real-time shipping rates at checkout.
